We Have Homework Too
It’s Sunday night … and I haven’t done my homework …
“Why haven’t you done your homework, Daddy?”
“Do you still have a lot of work from the office?”
I just smile and tug them to bed …
“Daddy love you both … now good night and sweet dreams!”
All I ever wanted is to spend as much time with you as possible … so I guess the homework has to wait …
Now if only I can stay awake to finish them …
